Blake Brubaker, CTS, is a seasoned audiovisual (AV) industry professional with expertise in sales, business development, and market strategy. Based in Warsaw, Indiana, he currently serves as a Technical Sales Application Engineer – Midwest at Legrand AV, where he drives sales strategies, builds industry partnerships, and delivers AV solutions across the region. Previously, Brubaker was the Eastern Regional Sales Manager – Commercial at Universal Remote Control (URC), expanding its presence in the commercial AV market. He also served as Vice President of Sales for North America at Da-Lite Screen Company, leading sales teams across the U.S. and Canada while overseeing market growth initiatives. A Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Brubaker brings extensive experience in account management, strategic sales, and AV consulting. His dedication to innovation and client success has made him a respected leader in the industry. Outside of work, Brubaker enjoys boating, camping, fishing, and hunting. His love of the outdoors keeps him connected with God’s creation, providing balance and inspiration in both his personal and professional life.

Wade Johnston is the Manager of Technical Sales Application Engineering for Legrand AV’s Eastern U.S. region, leading a team of engineers who support integrators across the Northeast and South regions. CTS certified, Wade brings over a decade of experience spanning AV, IT, and Broadcast, with deep expertise across all Legrand AV commercial brands to deliver solutions-focused, customer-driven results. Since joining Legrand AV in 2022, he has served as a subject matter expert, instructor for CTS-accredited courses, and an active contributor at AVIXA events and industry tradeshows, sharing insights to advance the AV industry. His leadership philosophy centers on building trust and fostering collaborative, solutions-oriented discussions that empower customers, colleagues, and AV enthusiasts alike. A graduate of Georgia College & State University, Wade combines technical excellence with a passion for education and innovation—while cherishing time outdoors with his family.
