Best of Show
It was great seeing so many of you in Barcelona during ISE!
With so much happening at the show, it would be easy to miss some of the amazing show-floor content or interesting conference sessions. If you were not able to attend ISE or did not get to see everything, here are some useful links for you.
AVIXA TV covered a wide range of topics, from feature tours of the show floor, such as the drone arena, to an interview on how to inspire young women to join the AV industry, and recordings of the Tech Effects podcast show wrap-up.
On AVIXA Xchange, you can find several inspiring articles, like "Ask the Experts: Using AV to Drive Wellness in the Workplace" or "5 Essential Tips from an AV Cybersecurity Expert", both featuring the essentials from sessions at AVIXA Xchange LIVE in Hall 3. Also speaking was Xchange Advocate Alexis Bou Farhat, CTS-D, CTS-I, who reflected on the panel and the overall experience of the show.
The literal Road to Barcelona
BikeFest Spain was happening 31 January to 2 February, and for the seventh year, riders from the European live events industry cycled along the east coast of Spain, landing in Barcelona in time for ISE. AVIXA is proud to be an official sponsor of the event, which raises money to benefit Backup Tech as well as Casa Caridad Valencia, an emergency campaign to help those affected by the recent flooding.

Subtitles for Webinars
To better engage our audiences, lower language barriers and make our content accessible to a wider audience, AVIXA is adding the option to display automatically generated translated subtitles to our upcoming AVIXA webinars in Europe.

ECS Card
The Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) and its partner, the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), regulates access to construction sites in the United Kingdom. Already in 2023 AVIXA entered into an agreement with JIB that allows CTS-certified individuals to apply for their ECS card through AVIXA.
