With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Fernando began his career in the field, hands-on installing fiber, copper, and audiovisual systems. He started in consulting performing construction administration (CA) for large-scale projects before transitioning into full design and consulting, gaining experience in estimating, project management, and system design for multi-million-dollar AV, IT, and security projects. He holds RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) credentials. Today, he serves as Vice President of MCA Design Group, a sister company of MCA Communications, where he leads design consulting exclusively for AV, IT, and security systems across oil and gas, K–12 education, and medical sectors.

Godfrey Campo is a Fiber Optic Specialist with Cleerline Technology Group, where he oversees the company’s technical support team and leads the design of customer-specific systems. As head of the technical team, he provides guidance, solutions, and training, while also spearheading system design to ensure clients receive efficient, reliable infrastructure tailored to their needs.

With extensive experience in both fiber optic and copper infrastructure design, installation, and support, Godfrey brings a deep background in IT systems engineering, systems integration, and military telecommunications. He has installed and supported critical fiber networks in both civilian and combat environments. His hands-on approach and dedication to efficiency have established him as a trusted resource for colleagues and clients alike throughout the low-voltage industry.

Henry Yates INTSC, INSTF, TECH, CT, a Training Delivery Specialist for BICSI, is a retired combat veteran introduced to ICT through the US Army Signal School. Over 21 years, he held roles from Cable Installer to Telecommunications Manager at the Pentagon. He holds multiple degrees and BICSI certifications and has been a certified BICSI trainer since 2018.
