Her work focuses on delivering impactful, user-centric designs that adhere to evolving industry standards. With nearly a decade of experience in the professional audiovisual industry, Jenn is committed to enhancing client experiences through innovative engineering strategies, meticulous coordination, and close attention to detail. Her background encompasses consulting, rentals, sales, service, project coordination, and engineering. Jenn holds dual certifications from AVIXA (CTS and CTS-D) and is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces and advocating for mental health and neurodiversity awareness. In addition to these efforts, she serves as the 2024-2026 council chair for the AVIXA Diversity Council. Her advocacy work is centered on promoting an equitable, inclusive, and diverse audiovisual industry that cultivates a culture of belonging. Jenn has also been recognized in SCN: The Nine and Commercial Integrator’s 40 Under 40. Furthermore, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University and her Master's in Sociology from The New School for Social Research.
