Pete Coman is award-winning digital workplace experience designer whose career spans 30 years in the tech industry. With a background in owning and managing IT companies and installing and programming advanced technology systems, Pete knows what it’s like on both sides of the fence. Pete recently moved to New York to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for PTS and is currently working with organizations to help them re-imagine their workplace by leveraging smart technologies to enhance workplace activities and the user experience.

With over three decades in the audiovisual (AV) industry, Bill Fons is a distinguished leader known for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into AV solutions. As President of AI Initiatives and Regional Vice President at CTI, Bill leads efforts to explore and develop solutions rooted in AI, machine intelligence, and deep learning.
Before joining CTI, Bill served as President of PTG (Promotion Technology Group), where he fostered an award-winning culture and maintained a debt-free, highly successful systems integration firm.
A recognized thought leader, Bill is the Chair of the AI and Cybersecurity Program for NSCA and frequently shares his insights on AI and AV at industry events such as the Total Tech Summit, PSNI, and the Digital Signage Expo. He has participated in numerous panel discussions and podcasts across the industry.
In addition to his role at CTI, Bill serves as the Chair of the AI and Cybersecurity Program for NSCA and is a board member of Blue Touch Paper.

Shawn Lu is a Senior Sales Engineer at Yealink, where he led the build-out and managed the Dallas Customer Experience Center over the past three years. With extensive experience supporting ProAV, direct market resellers (DMR), and channel system integrators, Shawn specializes in delivering advanced video collaboration and unified communications solutions. He now focuses on enabling channel system integrators across the South-Central U.S. territory, helping partners design and deploy seamless conferencing experiences. Shawn brings both technical expertise and hands-on customer engagement, making him a trusted advisor in applying AI-driven tools to create more effective, inclusive, and secure meetings.

Jason joined FORTÉ as Managing Director of the wholly owned subsidiary, Magenium Solutions, in 2024. In this role, Jason leads what is now the Microsoft Solutions Business at FORTÉ where he sets the strategic direction for growth and success for the business, which is focused on delivering Microsoft solutions including Microsoft Teams room services, unified communication voice services, and more. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in workplace technology including audiovisual and unified collaboration solutions. He is a customer advocate as well as a platform device specialist for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other UC solutions.

Craig Park, FSMPS, Assoc. AIA is Director of Digital Experience Design at Clark & Enersen, where he leads integrated AV/IT/ESS design for higher education, research, and civic projects nationwide. With over 45 years in the audiovisual industry, Craig has shaped technology strategies for some of the most innovative learning and research environments. He is also the founder of CatalystFactor Consulting, an advisory practice helping professional services firms grow through AI-enabled strategy and business development. An award-winning thought leader, author, and frequent speaker, Craig brings a unique perspective on the intersection of design, technology, and leadership. Craig is a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects, and has served on the AVIXA Board of Directors. Craig is also an AVIXA Xchange Advocate.
