Jane Hammersley is the Queen of Collaboration at Blue Touch Paper. Before forming Blue Touch Paper, Jane worked with various vendor and channel businesses and is a respected figure in the UC industry. In 2007, Jane co-authored a book, ‘Brilliant Meetings’, which enabled her to lead the charge for better meetings, increased collaboration and video conferencing (now called hybrid work). Together with co-owner Jon Sidwick, Jane is working closely with vendors and distributors to solve complex technology, channel and GTM challenges across the world.

Lode De Raedt is the Head of Unit Audiovisual Solutions and Sound Quality at Directorate General for Interpretation of the European Commission (EC). He is the founder of the Informal Working Group on Conference Technologies bringing together audio-visual specialists from over 50 international organisations in regular quarterly meetings and discussion on AV solutions for mono and multilingual meetings and events.

After his engineering studies and his time in the Belgian Navy, Lode begun his career in the field of IT support at the University of Brussels. He moved to the IT and AV support services for meetings and events in DG Interpretation, known under the acronym SCIC, of the European Commission, where until 2005 he mainly supported the organisation of European Summits and high-level conferences.

In the last 10 years he is responsible for the technical management of the EC corporate meeting rooms. Lode’s current priority is achieving a more sustainable AV infrastructure at the European Commission.
