In his role as Vice President of Integration & Delivery at FORTÉ, Zach leads the company's unified approach to integration services across engineering, installation, and project delivery. Since joining FORTÉ in 2021, Zach has built and scaled teams, processes, and programs that drive consistent value for customers, employees, and stakeholders. His work has included launching the Program Management Department and the Velocity Logistics Center, initiatives that improve operational efficiency and standardize scalable, repeatable solutions. Zach began his AV career in 2010 as a live-event technician, giving him hands-on technical expertise that underpins his leadership approach. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Full Sail University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. Zach is PMP and Six Sigma certified and remains an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute. Recognized as one of Commercial Integrator's 2024 40 Influencers Under 40, Zach is committed to fostering collaboration, quality, and innovation in the AV industry.
