Ahmed Gelby is an accomplished Technical Consultant and Director of Flicktronix, where he leads global projects in broadcast, enterprise AV, and media network design. His career has spanned roles at Audinate, ProAV, and Kinly, where he delivered next-generation networked audio, AV-over-IP, and cloud workflows for international clients including Warner Bros. Discovery, Oracle, and the United Nations. 

With a background that bridges both engineering and production, Ahmed has a deep understanding of workflows across music, post-production, and enterprise-scale AV integration. His work emphasizes eliminating single points of failure, ensuring airtight security, and creating seamless user experiences across complex, multi-vendor environments. 

Beyond his consultancy practice, Ahmed lectures on Sound Design and contributes to AES UK and other technical panels. His publications and thought leadership focus on advancing standards, building resilient AV infrastructures, and aligning AV systems with enterprise IT strategy.
